With more than 25 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry, Balaji brings exceptional technical expertise and leadership to Arkah Energies as Director – Subsurface. He is responsible for shaping Arkah’s subsurface strategy, with a focus on reservoir management, advanced field development planning, and data-integrated production optimization. His professional background spans reservoir and production geology, geological modeling, petroleum systems analysis, appraisal and development planning, and geomechanics, giving him a comprehensive understanding of subsurface complexities.
